Frequently Asked Questions

ONE Fest

What if I've never done yoga before?

It is our mission to create an environment inclusive of all levels, body types and genders. We have worked to ensure the programming is accessible for all, even individuals trying yoga for the first time.

Is this a kid-friendly event?

Yes, we will have a full day of kid's activities from mindfulness rock painting, cupcake decorating, and kid's yoga classes. Kids 12 and under are FREE. Our programming will be suitable for kids ages 2+.

Will the entire festival be outside?

No, the festival is about 60% indoor and 40% outdoor with the majority of the classes and workshops happening indoors.

When will the Vendors be there?

The vendor alley will be open from 10 am until 2 pm with select vendors staying later into the day.

Will there be food?

Yes, we will have a variety of food vendors from tacos to American fare, all offering vegetarian options.

How should I get to ONE Fest?

We are committed to being as green as possible. We highly recommend the use of public transportation, bikes, scooters, or the use of carpool & rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft. Among the most convenient ways to access ONE Fest is by LYNX Light Rail which is within walking distance.  The closest Light Rail stop is the New Bern Station which is only .3 miles away, which is about a 2-minute walk.

Where can I park if I choose to drive?

Parking is available in the LennyBoy parking lot but we expect that will fill up quickly. We have arranged the following additional overflow parking:

  • Marie G. Davis Middle School International Baccalaureate - 0.2 mile

    • 3351 Griffith St, Charlotte, NC 28203

  • Charlotte Lab School Upper School - .4 mile

    • 3325 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28217

There is some street parking available that is within walking distance from LennyBoy. For your best convenience, we highly recommend the use of carpool or rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft. We also recommend the use of LYNX Stations, you would stop at the New Bern Station.
