Kelly Durocher Madden
Kelly's journey with yoga began over 10 years ago. After finding a passion in her practice she decided to complete 200hr YTT in 2020. Through training, it helped her heal severe anxiety and past emotional wounds. She also found her enthusiasm ignited by leading students to get out of their minds and into their bodies. While Kelly is here at DLY, she looks forward to continuing her journey not only as a teacher but a forever student.
Her classes are suitable for all levels. She states, “I am a firm believer that yoga is for everyone and can be a great supplement to any lifestyle or exercise regimen.”
Kelly's approach to yoga is so much more than just the poses. Her classes focus on Vinyasa flow, and you can expect to move, breathe, sweat, and connect with yourself.
Amara Jenel Grier
Fitness, Yoga + Health Coach
Amara is a holistic health coach and yoga instructor who has a passion for helping women to look at all aspects of healing the mind, body, and soul. She uses the power of yoga to heal emotionally, empower mentally and transform physically through HIIT Yoga, Embody Dance Meditation, and Yoga Therapy. She is a mom of 3 who specializes in bringing awareness for mothers to not forget about self-care. She has a certification in 200 hr. Vinyasa, Yoga Therapy and Postnatal Yoga & Fitness. Amara found the love of yoga after dealing with sports injuries, loss of self-Identity, and postpartum depression. Yoga brought happiness back into her life by just starting with one breath, one pose at a time.
Isabella has been teaching yoga for over 16 years. Her main focus is on Ashtanga Style yoga. Isabella has completed training with her teachers David Swenson and John Scott, Rocket Yoga with David Kyle, Sanskrit for Ashtanga Workshops certified by the American Sanskrit Institute, and also courses with Saraswati and Sharath Jois in India.
Dedicated to her yoga community, Isabella delivers personalized one-on-one attention to each of her students. She is gratified to see her students benefit from their yoga practices by breathing well, lowering their stress levels, and acquiring a state of relaxation. Most of all, Isabella believes that it is helpful to have an open mind and no particular expectations when beginning your practice.

Jasmine is a born entrepreneur with a love for the business of healthcare. Along her journey, Jasmine found herself in a very dark place where anxiety & depression had taken root when she uncovered the power of yoga & dance. Jasmine fell so far in love that she became a Latin style dance & certified yoga instructor. Ready to share the healing powers of yoga, self-inquiry & creative movement with the world the Dancing Lotus Yoga + Arts brand was born.
Chris was first introduced to Yoga on a date night with his future wife Jasmine. It was a game changer for him and he soon found that it was much more than just the poses. Chris is an avid foodie and worked in the fast paced, stress filled restaurant industry for years. Yoga became a safe haven of stress relief, mental relaxation and physical transformation for him. He was able to tap into his breath and learned to dial down the external forces that left him mentally and physically drained.
Being a part of Dancing Lotus is truly a gift and one he wants to share with the community.

Shené is a bubbly spirit who believes in the power of movement to heal the body and mind. A firm believer that “a good twerk session heals the soul,” you can always find her providing positive body affirmations and promoting self-love. She believes everyone was born to move and loves tapping into that space of carefree play to create a joyful vibe for all to share. She believes Yoga and Dance are not defined by body type but rather by the creativity that lives in each of us!
She looks forward to holding space on the floor for you to breath, stretch, shake and let it go.
She is a certified MixxedFit instructor and a yoga instructor. She is a devoted dog Mom to a chihuahua named Kayla.
