Spend a little less time rushing and a little more time noticing.
Join Jasmine and the Meant to Live community for a two-hour nature and creative experience at Latta Nature Preserve in Huntersville, NC.
We’ll gather by the waterfront, ease into the morning with gentle movement, then wander the trails together with space to breathe, notice, reflect, create, and connect.
Along the way, nature becomes part of the experience. We’ll take inspiration from the colors, textures, shapes, and small details around us, then settle in for a simple nature-inspired creative activity.
No hiking expertise, meditation experience, or artistic ability is required.
Just come ready to walk, notice, create, and spend a little time outside with good people.
