What is IGNITE?
This Vinyasa Flow is meant to spark your curiosity and creative spirit. This style flow centers around breath control, and creative and dynamic movement, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit all levels from just starting out to advanced practitioners. In this class, music is key in helping to energize and inspire your movements. This is meant to open the door for a playful, free flow that is guided by your own breath and movement!
