About the Event
Join us at the lovely Rooted space (the old Plant Shop) in LennyBoy Brewing Co. as an experienced yoga teacher opens this Cultivate experience with guided meditation and breathwork that will carry you into sound healing. Your reiki healer will move through the space to create a container of healing energy for the group then each person will be taken for a one-on-one session reiki session. This experience may be led by Myriam Benzouina, Aisha El, EJ Chambers, Jasmine Vializ and Gabriella Mayhew.
