This is a Gentle Flow set yoga session to the sounds of traditional African Drumming and song. This class will have you leaving with a true connection to the continent. Special guest Niché Faulkner with the Cultured Flow, who are committed revolutionizing the practice of and access to yoga through black and brown eyes.
What to bring: yoga mat, water, a friend, and start your day with a little upbeat zen!
