About the Event
Are you brand new to yoga or are you trying to re-learn the basics so that you feel a little more comfortable jumping into yoga classes?
Join us for a beginner Yoga Workshop, Emerge, where you will gain the foundations of yoga practice. This series will take place on four consecutive Sundays, starting January 22nd at 11am, excluding holiday weeks.
You will learn the significance of establishing a breathing practice and the power of connecting that breath to your movement. Your teacher will provide verbal cues and explain commonly used yoga terms. You will receive valuable feedback on how to build the foundation of your practice. Come prepared to have fun and learn something new about yourself. Bring a mat if you have one, but if not, don't worry we have one for you.
This ticket for this workshop includes four classes and 60 days of unlimited yoga classes.
