We’ll move through fun high energy guided movement, nervous system awareness, breath, play, and plenty of space to move however feels good to YOU.

There’s no choreography to learn, no dance experience required and no “right” way to move. You’ll be guided enough to feel supported and given enough freedom to make the experience your own.
