Step away from the pace of the week and give yourself space to unwind.
Join Jasmine and Kat of Meant to Live on the beautiful outdoor turf at Legacy Union for an immersive silent-disco experience featuring gentle movement, deep stretching, and guided relaxation. We’ll begin with a slow, accessible flow before settling into longer stretches designed to help release tension from the body. The experience will close with guided meditation and stillness.
Silent-disco headphones allow you to tune out the surrounding noise and become fully present with yourself, the music, and the moment.
No previous movement experience is needed. Bring a mat, wear comfortable clothing, and come exactly as you are.
