About the Event
Join us for a mindful hike through Jocassee Gorges Wilderness Area many trails and waterfalls.
We will arrive together, get grounding and enjoy a moderate hike together. It is an out-and-back hike and takes the average hiker an hour to complete. We will make stops for breathwork, meditation, and journaling and end with a picnic, plant-based lunch, provided by DLY.
