This experience is centered on self-love not as something to achieve, but as something to remember. Through gentle movement, creative expression, and intentional connection, we’ll create space to listen inward, tend to what feels tender, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that may have been asking for more care.
Over the course of the gathering, you’ll be guided through accessible movement, moments of stillness, and creative reflection designed to help you feel grounded, supported, and more at home in your body. This is not about fixing or becoming. It’s about being with yourself in a way that feels honest and kind.
