About the Event
Sometimes the best way to interrupt the routine is to get in the car, head toward the mountains, and spend a day somewhere that reminds you just how big and beautiful the world is.
Join Meant to Live for a morning at Chimney Rock filled with movement, nature, reflection, good food, and good company.
We’ll begin by taking in the scenic overlook, then gather for a short guided movement session before heading toward Hickory Nut Falls for a moderate 1.4-mile round-trip hike.
But we are not racing to the end. Along the way, we’ll make space to breathe, notice, take photos, talk, laugh, and actually experience where we are.
Once we reach the falls, we’ll slow down and take it all in before making our way back for a shared picnic together.
Bring a lunch you’ll enjoy. Meant to Live will provide a few snacks to share, and additional food…
