" Warm greetings! My name is Jasmine (she/her). I am a passionate yoga teacher and change agent. I am a mother hen for two children, and two businesses. After a battle with anxiety, codependency, and depression I landed in a very dark place and began the journey back to me. Along my healing journey, I uncovered the power of movement, self-inquiry, reflection, and community. I am excited to share some of these practices with you in this immersive retreat environment. Look forward to journeying alongside you!"
"Hi! I’m Gabriella (she/her), a certified yoga instructor and holistic health coach with a focus on self-love and empowerment. I’ve spent several years working on the most important relationship in my life - the one I’m in with myself - and have learned to radically accept who I am, find confidence in my body, and show up as my authentic self in every way! Now, I love to support others in their self-love journey by taking a holistic, bio-individual approach to wellness through celebrated movement, balanced nutrition and sustainable mindset shifts.
