Ashtanga Remix

This energy rising practice is based on poses from the Primary and/or Secondary Ashtanga Yoga sequence with a creative flair. You will be led through Sun Salutations to warm the body and develop stamina followed by standing postures to develop balance, seated postures to open hips, strengthen forward folding, and develop spinal flexibility. The class will finish with back bending and a closing sequence with inversions to improve circulation and cool the body.

High-Intensity Interval Training + Vinyasa Flow

​ELEVATE is a vinyasa flow class format that blends grounding yoga poses, plyometrics, high-intensity exercises, and inversions. This flow centers around breath control and creative movement, with a diversity of challenging exercises and modifications to suit practitioners from intermediate to advanced. With this class, you will learn and gain the tools needed to explore a challenging practice and a full-body workout, while also remaining mindful of the breath.

Vinyasa Flow

This vinyasa flow practice is meant to spark your curiosity and creative spirit. Music is a key instrument used to help energize & inspire your yoga practice. This flow centers around breath control, creative & dynamic movement, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and gain the tools needed to explore a creative, playful and free flow practice guided by your own breath.

Meditation, Slow Flow & YinYoga

Anchor lays the foundation for a yoga practice grounded in breath through meditative and mindful movement. You can expect an emphasis on slow & steady poses that ground you allowing relaxation, balance, and the release deeply-rooted tension. You will embrace challenging poses through the steadying of your breath & mind, a conditioning that can have a powerful impact on and off the mat.

Deep Stretch Practice Opening With a Very Slow Flow

This deep stretch style class may lead with a slow flowing movement to get the body warm and the mind focused. The practice will include passive stretches held for an extended period and prepare the body for stillness by releasing deep-rooted tension. The practice may be sealed with guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, or other practices of stillness that connect us to the true essence of Yoga.

Dance With Flow

VIBE is an electrifying practice that fuses music, yoga, and dance to create a feeling of joy-filled expressive movement. Dance choreography, tribal expressions, and Hip-Hop movements are blended and brought to life in this practice. In this setting, you can anticipate a stirring of emotional release and surrender that is free of self-judgment, and full of acceptance and self-love.

Guided Meditation 

Take a moment to pause for you. Move inward and set in motion a slow and steady breath to help quiet the noise and stress that comes from everyday life. This practice will create a setting that supports introspection and contemplation of one's own thoughts, feelings, and sensations. Let the melodies of singing bowls, gentle guided meditation and sound baths transport you and reset your mind.
