About This Class

Release, recover and restore with this ANCHOR gentle flow class for all levels in Uptown. The class will be streamed through DropSound headphones to tune into your breath and tune out the distractions inside The Atrium of the Mint Museum. This is an all-levels class so grab your mat, your water, and your friends and come reset with us at Parking is available on the street or in the garage off of Tryon for $5 after 5 pm. Parking for the the Mint Museum Uptown is located underneath the museum in the Levine Center of the Arts parking garage and accessible through Stonewall Street. Visitor parking is located on levels P1 and P2 (additional visitor parking is available on lower levels in Zone A). After you park your vehicle, head for the Plaza Elevators (as opposed to the Tower Elevators). Level P will take you to the street level and The Mint Museum Gift Shop. Level 2 will take you to the entrance to the Museum.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life is full of surprises and you will not always be able to attend the classes you sign up for. If you can’t come to class, you can cancel your reservation up to 2 hours before the class starts for a full refund or credit. You may also call or email us to cancel your reservation if you aren’t able to do it online or via the app. If you call, leave a message with your name and the class that you are registered for. If you are not able to cancel at least 2 hours before the class, but still notify us that you aren’t coming. However, if you don’t show up and don’t let us know, you will be charged for the class or deducted a class pass credit. We do understand that Life Happens, and are happy to pull your name out of the class without penalty if you call or email us letting us know that you aren’t able to attend class.
