About This Class
Come experience this *FREE* ANCHOR yoga practice adapted for runners. This practice is for all levels and will focus on stretching, and conditioning the muscles used when running. This class is made free because of the generosity of the Charlotte Running Co. As a ✨bonus, ✨each participant receives 15% off their purchase when shopping at Running Store after class. Grab your mat, your water, and your bestie, and come flow with us! WHAT IS ANCHOR? Anchor lays the foundation for a yoga practice grounded in breath through meditative and mindful movement. You can expect an emphasis on slow & steady poses that ground you allowing relaxation, balance, and the release of deeply rooted tension. You will embrace challenging poses through the steadying of your breath & mind, a conditioning that can have a powerful impact on and off the mat.
We understand that life is full of surprises and you will not always be able to attend the classes you sign up for. If you can’t come to class, you can cancel your reservation up to 2 hours before the class starts for a full refund or credit. You may also call or email us to cancel your reservation if you aren’t able to do it online or via the app. If you call, leave a message with your name and the class that you are registered for. If you are not able to cancel at least 2 hours before the class, but still notify us that you aren’t coming. However, if you don’t show up and don’t let us know, you will be charged for the class or deducted a class pass credit. We do understand that Life Happens, and are happy to pull your name out of the class without penalty if you call or email us letting us know that you aren’t able to attend class.
