About This Class
Join us as we move the Frazier Park class indoors near Uptown for the season. This practice will be a 60-minute all-levels, creative Vinyasa-based flow that we call IGNITE. Also, consider coming a bit earlier for a pre-yoga walk on the adjacent Irwin Creek and Wesley Heights Greenways. Grab your friends, your mat, and your water, and meet for this evening yoga playdate. *Free parking is available on Calvert Street What is IGNITE? This Vinyasa Flow is meant to spark your curiosity and creative spirit. This style flow centers around breath control, and creative and dynamic movement, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit all levels from just starting out to advanced practitioners. In this class, music is key in helping to energize and inspire your movements. This is meant to open the door for a playful, free flow that is guided by your own breath and movement!

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life is full of surprises and you will not always be able to attend the classes you sign up for. If you can’t come to class, you can cancel your reservation up to 2 hours before the class starts for a full refund or credit. You may also call or email us to cancel your reservation if you aren’t able to do it online or via the app. If you call, leave a message with your name and the class that you are registered for. If you are not able to cancel at least 2 hours before the class, but still notify us that you aren’t coming. However, if you don’t show up and don’t let us know, you will be charged for the class or deducted a class pass credit. We do understand that Life Happens, and are happy to pull your name out of the class without penalty if you call or email us letting us know that you aren’t able to attend class.
